Nightly, you can watch fireworks in Banderas Bay from your terraza or the roof top pool area. You will want to visit the local market a block or two away for the fish of the day, seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, baked items, and any flavor of freshly squeezed juices. 
Altazor is also perfectly positioned for an easy walk to the Malecon to enjoy the local color of Puerto Vallarta, the world-class restaurants, the vibrating nightlife, para-sailing, sun-bathing or you may choose to simply sit with a local beverage and people watch. Buses and taxis are also readily accessible two blocks from the unit. The beach is only six blocks away and the close-by Mercados and international shopping in old town is unrivaled. Fabulous jewelery, swimwear, casual clothing as well as souvenirs and artwork are virtually at your fingertips! Many visitors also enjoy doing all their shopping from the comfort of a beach chair on Los Muertos Beach with all the vendors. Staying in shape is easy from your Altazor Condominium. Close by, there is a public outdoor sports arena, which has a free professionally surfaced running track. It is surrounded by all kinds of beautiful trees, and every morning you have a clear view of the sun rising over the Sierra Madre Mountains where you can share the company of many other fitness minded individuals. Altazor is a new 2 bdrm, 2-bath 1650 sq. ft. fully air conditioned condo. The unit is located on the 4th floor but it has 'ground' floor entrance off calle Nicaragua so it makes shopping trips easy getting from the taxi through the gates and directly into the unit. There are stairs to the roof top pool for the fitness enthusiasts or an elevator with handicap access to the beautiful heated rooftop infinity pool and barbeque area. The accommodation at Altazor comfortably sleeps 4 - 6 people and includes a master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. All bedrooms have privacy, maximum comfort, A/C units, and their own attached bathrooms. The Master suite has a jacuzzi tub and its own entrance onto the terazza. 
Satellite TV service is provided with major US and Canadian networks. There is also wireless internet throughout the unit. Maid service is available; Normal weekly and monthly rates include 1 mid-stay maid cleaning service per week. Additional maid service is available for a fee. All children under 16 must be accompanied to the pool by an adult. Smoking is only allowed on the terraza, the entrance courtyard or up by the pool. Small dogs can be accommodated with Pet Fee of $35. The renting responsible party must be no less than 21 years old. Check-in time is after 3 pm and checkout is noon unless other times are approved. Building is 24/7 secure with one parking spot provided. The property owners will not be responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying Altazor. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. The rights, if any, of a person occupying the rental property to seek recourse against the property owners for any injury or loss of property to the person shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction. All payments can be made by credit card through Beyond Wrapture Day Spas or by Bank Wire. The 50% deposit is due upon booking. The balance and damage deposit of USD$300.00 is due thirty (30) calendar days prior to arrival. The Christmas and New Year’s period requires booking and full payment to be made sixty (60) calendar days prior to the client’s arrival date. Where a client cancels a reservation sixty or more calendar days prior to their arrival date 80% of the deposited amount shall be reimbursed within five (5) calendar days. Where clients cancel their reservation within fifty-nine (59) of their arrival date, the entire deposited amount shall be forfeited Thank you and we look forward to hosting you at Altazor. Amenities

The 50% deposit is due upon booking. The balance and security deposit of USD$500.00 is due 45 days prior to arrival. In case a cancellation is made 31 or more days prior to arrival a full refund will be extended only if we are able to re-rent the casa for the exact dates of your reservation, otherwise a $150 cancellation fee will apply
